Location:
Argentia Harbour is located on the east side of Placentia Bay, NL. The harbour is entered between Low Room Point and Broad Cove Point, and extends 3 km (1.9 mi) southwest to the head of Sandy Cove. It can be navigated year round.

BELLEDUNE

Location:
The Port of Belledune is located on the south shore of the Baie des Chaleurs, NB.  It is a deep-water port, open to navigation all year round.

CHARLOTTETOWN


Charlottetown is a deep-water commercial harbour. The port remains ice-free from April 15 through December 31; occasional icebreaker support is required late in the shipping season. Charlottetown is the capital and largest city in the province, and therefore the centre of most commerce.

Location:
Charlottetown is located on the west bank of the Hillsborough River on the south coast of Prince Edward Island. During the winter season icebreaker support is available upon request.

CORNER BROOK

Situated on the west coast of Newfoundland & Labrador, the Port of Corner Brook is located at the end of the Humber Arm, a 35 km (22 mi) fiord connected to the Gulf of St. Lawrence.

A sheltered and deep water port, it is navigable year-round with occasional ice-breaker services. The geographic location of Corner Brook is ideally situated for freight service along the eastern seaboard and Montreal via the St. Lawrence Seaway.

HALIFAX

Location:
The Port of Halifax is located in Nova Scotia, 97 km (60 mi) off the Great Circle Route.  The outer harbour is 2 km (1.2 mi) wide and 8 km (5 mi) long, with a channel leading to an inner harbour called the Bedford Basin.  It is one of the world’s largest and deepest ice-free ports.

Services:

MIRAMICHI


Location:
Miramichi Port Committee Inc. (MPCI) owns and operates the marine terminal situated close below the Morrisey Bridge in Miramichi West (the former town of Newcastle), NB. Within close proximity to all of the major forest products producers in Miramichi, our primary focus is providing logistics to the forestry sector.

PORT AUX BASQUES

Location:
Port aux Basques Harbour is located on the southwestern coast of Newfoundland. The harbour has plenty of water through its entrance and around most of its docking facilities.  The Port aux Basques Traffic Center can safely guide if assistance is required. The port is ice-free year round.

SAINT JOHN

Location:
The Port of Saint John is one of Canada's major deep-water ports.  It is located on the mouth of the St. John River, on the Bay of Fundy, NB. The port is ice-free year round.

SOURIS

The Port of Souris is a fishing station, a commercial shipping port and an inter-provincial ferry terminus, making Souris a focal point of economic activity on the eastern end of Prince Edward Island. The port is the premier ice-free port and typically remains ice-free from April 15 through January 31. Souris is approximately 100 km (62 mi) from the port of Charlottetown, and is the nearest Island port to the commercial shipping lanes of the Gulf of St. Lawrence

Souris is located approximately 26 km (16 mi) from East Point, on the east side of Colville Bay, PEI. Icebreaker support is available upon request during the winter season.

ST. JOHN’S

The Port of Summerside offers a significant contribution to the economy of Prince Edward Island. The public wharf mainly exists to bring supplies to the island and to export agricultural goods, chiefly potatoes, to international markets.
